Skin care and cleansing is a crucial part of a daily routine, especially in the Scottish weather where it’s easy for your skin to become dried out. For healthier looking and feeling skin, I have complied a list of some of my favourite boosters to help with daily beauty routines.
Liz Earle’s products for cleansing, toning and moisturising are great for getting rid of makeup, oil and dirt. Use twice a day to rejuvenate your skin! Their light and rich cream has naturally active ingredients and is great for young skin.
Bobbi Brown’s Under Eye Cream is also great for dark circles under eyes (an inevitable part of Uni life). Use it as a way to prep skin for concealer and to feel fresh even after late night library sessions… NARSskin Hydrating Toner can also be used as an alcohol-free formula that can revitalise and rejuvenate your face, allowing your skin to feel smooth. It’s also not too expensive, so you won’t break the bank when prioritising your face.
Considering how windy and cold St. Andrews can be at this time of year, maintaining a good skin routine is a vital way to feel fresh in the morning!
